GCG is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Connectivity & Power Solutions division and  help our account managers build the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to engage customers effectively and succeed in their roles.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is organized, collaborative, and interested in building a career in sales enablement, sales operations, training, or go-to-market strategy. You’ll help coordinate onboarding and continuous learning programs, maintain sales resources and tools, track program participation and effectiveness, and make it easier for account managers to find and use the information they need.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams across GCG to deliver a consistent, high-quality enablement experience. The role is primarily focused on execution and coordination today, with opportunities to take on broader program ownership as you develop.

This position may require occasional travel.

Following an initial period of training and onboarding, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement consisting of 3 days per week in office and 2 days working from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Support onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs that help account managers build product, process, and sales readiness.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, participation tracking, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials such as presentations, guides, playbooks, and training resources.
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales tools and systems, including Salesforce, and help account managers adopt new processes and workflows.
  • Track participation, engagement, and completion metrics, and help report on program effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from account managers and partners to identify opportunities to improve training, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support consistent execution of sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn sales processes, systems, and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to sales enablement tools, training programs, or sales operations processes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary or hourly pay, as applicable.
  • Comprehensive health coverage with multiple plan options, including CDHP and PPO options.
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Supplemental insurance options.
  • Generous time off, including PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and compassionate care leave.
  • Wellness and support programs, including EAP resources, wellness incentives, and telehealth.
  • Additional benefits such as dental and vision coverage, FSAs/HSAs with company contributions, pet insurance, legal services, and identity theft protection.
  • A people-first culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, professional development, and long-term career growth.
