GCG is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our OEM cable assembly business within our Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) division!
This is a highly analytical role supporting more than $60 million in OEM business across four manufacturing and operating facilities.
Reporting to our Vice President of Assembly, you will help leadership understand how the business is performing across product lines, customers, facilities, and part numbers. You will analyze margins, sales trends, finished-goods inventory, customer forecasts, commodity costs, pricing, backlog, and other performance indicators, then turn that information into clear recommendations for our Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders.
You will also improve forecasting and analytical models, validate existing business-intelligence reporting, build CES-specific dashboards where reporting gaps exist, and help coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving pricing, inventory, cost reduction, new-part introductions, and process improvement.

Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, with a consistent focus on data accuracy and practical business implications
Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analysis and recommendations to leadership
Ability to influence work, coordinate priorities, and provide functional direction without formal reporting authority

Experience supporting customer pricing, forecast, contract, or business-performance discussions
Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 and annual bonus based on company and individual performance
Comprehensive health coverage with multiple plan options (CDHP and PPO)
