CableMaster, a GCG Company, supports OEM customers by developing custom wire and cable solutions that are built, tested, and delivered to meet specific application requirements. Many of these programs begin with a need—not a defined product—requiring close collaboration to move from concept through production.
As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a central role in helping move these opportunities forward. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their applications, challenges, and requirements, then coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to translate those needs into manufacturable solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will help develop new OEM opportunities, maintain momentum across longer project timelines, and ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution. Success in this position comes from staying organized, following through on details, and keeping communication clear across all parties involved.
This is an on-site role based in New Berlin, WI, working closely with our sales, manufacturing, and operations teams.
