Overview

GCG Automation & Automation Factory Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our tight knit team! In this role, you will be responsible for shipping orders out via UPS and FedEx, receiving orders, doing put away, and cross training in other departments

 

 

Pay Rate: $23.50/hr + full benefits

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Location: 2119 Austin Ave, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309

 

What You’ll Do

  • Ship out orders via UPS and FedEx ensuring shipping details are correct
  • Receive incoming orders and do put away
  • Pick orders using RF scanners and forklifts
  • Count, box, and label orders for shipment
  • Palletize and wrap orders
  • Perform additional duties as required

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Computer literacy required
  • At least 2 years in a shipping / receiving role required
  • Attention to detail
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Experience using FedEx/UPS Shipping systems a plus
  • Experience in picking, inventory, and other warehouse departments a plus
