GCG is seeking a Human Resources Director to drive people strategies that deliver business results, foster engagement, and strengthen our inclusive culture!
In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with our Corporate HR team and leaders across our Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) division.
You’ll bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution—leading initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, and employee relations. You’ll collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure workforce plans are met while overseeing the broader HR spectrum to align programs with both business priorities and employee needs.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you’ll not only lead development of HR solutions for CES but also help shape enterprise-wide strategies. This unique vantage point offers the opportunity to make a significant impact at both the business-unit and corporate level.
This hybrid role will require 3 days in office per week at our corporate facilities located in Rosemont, IL.
