Are you a builder at heart — someone who thrives on developing people, shaping a new team, and creating the structure that fuels growth? GCG is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who is excited by the opportunity to build and lead a new inside sales team within our Connectivity & Power Solutions (CPS) division. This is a high-impact role for a leader who wants to leave their mark on a growing business.
GCG’s Connectivity & Power Solutions (CPS) division is a leading provider of wire, cable, and connectivity products serving customers across a broad range of industries, delivering one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios — from power and industrial cables to Mil-Spec, high-temperature, communication, control, and specialty wire solutions.
Our teams support customers in markets where performance and reliability are critical, including aerospace and defense, automotive and EV, industrial manufacturing, marine and rail, and building technology. In addition to standard products, CPS offers extensive value-added and custom capabilities — including cutting/stripping, labeling, braiding, packaging, and engineered cable designs — enabling us to meet unique application requirements and serve as a connectivity solutions provider.
