GCG is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join the Paige team at our Columbus, Nebraska facility!
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing operations at our electrical assembly plant in Nebraska. As the senior on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring timely production, championing safety, and fostering collaboration across departments including purchasing, warehousing, and R&D. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
At least 5 years in a plant leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO 9001 quality systems
Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
High integrity and a leadership style grounded in values and continuous improvement
