Overview

Genuine Cable Group (GCG) is currently seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate for our warehouse in Grapevine, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for receiving materials, handling documentation, performing quality control, and assisting with shipping duties to prepare orders for shipment.

Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F
Pay Rate: $22/hr + full benefits

Location: 1051 Mustang Dr. Grapevine, TX 76051

 

What You’ll Do

  • Effectively receive materials and check for accuracy by reviewing purchase orders & packing slips
  • Review shipment schedules and work with leaders to create a plan for the day
  • Load and unload trucks, pack and palletize orders, label shipments
  • Perform detailed quality control to ensure products are correct before being shipped out or received
  • Use Oracle ERP to consolidate and look up inventory to ensure it's organized correctly
  • Travel to our offsite fiber yard in FT Worth on occasion
  • Assist with additional duties as needed

 

What You’ll Bring

  • At least one year in a warehouse shipping & receiving role required
  • Previous or current sit down forklift certification required
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • ERP and RF scan gun experience a plus
  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
