To achieve this goal, we are ready to add an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to our Organizational Development team as we implement Cornerstone, our new Performance Management and Learning Management System. The LMS Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of our Learning Management System. This role ensures a seamless user experience, effective course delivery, and system functionality while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet training and development objectives.
In this hybrid role, you will use your organizational, time management, communication, planning and meeting facilitation skills to help us ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special learning and development projects. Your duties will include managing the company training calendar as well as scheduling and managing both live and virtual learning events; working with the Sr Director, Organizational Development and the Sr. Learning Experience Designer, to write and send announcements and other communications regarding learning events; creating and maintaining a library of learning and development resources in the Learning Management System (LMS); and administer and maintain the LMS.

This role offers hybrid work arrangement after initial training and onboarding. Following onboarding and training, the individual would be expected to be in office at GCG headquarters no less than 3 days per week. GCG headquarters is located at 8550 W Bryn Mawr Ave Suite 400, Chicago, IL.
