GCG is looking for a skilled Organizational Development Manager to join our Talent team! As our OD Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. Your duties will include managing the Training and Development Specialist and working with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to support Talent Review, Succession Planning, and ongoing Performance Management initiatives.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Organizational Development Manager collaborates with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop a variety of interventions that support organizational growth and development.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, when in office you will work from our Chicago, IL Headquarters located at 8550 W Bryn Mawr Ave.
