Seacoast, a GCG Company, is currently hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our tight knit team in Chesapeake, VA! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing receiving paperwork, inventory control, and assisting with other warehouse receiving duties.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F

Pay Rate: $19/hr + full benefits

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate incoming deliveries 
• Unload shipments from various carriers and inspect contents for damage, reporting discrepancies
• Inspect and verify package contents, including quantity, part numbers, and any required certifications
• Enter receiving data into the ORACLE/ERP system 
• Research and resolve any paperwork discrepancies and communicate to managers any discrepancies on BOLs, packing lists, and invoices
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and maintain thorough documentation records
• Conduct daily cycle counts and update inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with housekeeping duties
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years in a warehouse environment required
• Forklift experience required
• Willingness to learn 
• Oracle experience a plus
• Basic math and reading skills
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
