Allied Wire & Cable, a GCG company, is seeking a dynamic Facility Operations Manager to lead our Pewaukee, Wisconsin facility, a key hub in our supply chain operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse range of value-added services and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As the Facility Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Pewaukee, Wisconsin location. You'll lead a dedicated team of 10 warehouse employees that handle shipping and receiving and various wire and cable value-added activities including striping, drum packing, regular spooling, big cut activity, and twisting operations.
Your mission will be to maintain and enhance the established positive culture and operational improvements of this facility. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while continuously improving our processes and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for operational excellence, and can balance strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day management.
