Allied Wire & Cable, a GCG Company, is currently seeking driven, dynamic Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales Development team and fuel our company's growth by converting leads into valuable customers! 

 

In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, using your sharp communication skills and customer-centric approach to validate opportunities and set the stage for long-term success. Your ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate across teams, and maintain a sense of urgency will be key to excelling in this position.

Note: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement upon completion of the 60-90 day product, systems, and process training. When onsite you will work from our office located at 101 Kestrel Dr, Collegeville, PA 19426.

 

 

What you'll do

  • Respond swiftly to incoming leads, qualifying and converting them into customers
  • Conduct high-volume outreach through cold calling and other channels
  • Educate prospects on our products and services, articulating our unique value proposition
  • Utilize sales engagement tools and CRM systems to track activities and progress
  • Onboard new customers and seamlessly transition them to the Customer Success team
  • Hit and exceed KPIs while continuously improving your performance

 

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Call center or customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • A competitive spirit and hunger for success in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong prioritization abilities and attention to detail
  • Curiosity-driven approach to understanding customer needs
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-departmental teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
