As a SIOP Manager at GCG, you will standardize and facilitate a monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations) process to ensure alignment among all partners including but not limited to product management, demand planning, supply planning, production, sourcing, and logistics. You will lead the implementation and execution of industry SIOP best practices, strategies and overall maturity, and evolve processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior executive leaders.
In addition, you will influence and guide the implementation of our SIOP strategy at the organizational level, and manage all aspects of the SIOP process while contributing to product reliability, inventory management, and attainment of organizational goals. This includes the development of the statistical forecasts for each market segment (by region) and leading the monthly demand review meetings. To be successful in this role, you must be an adaptable leader who can coordinate a cross-functional team at varying levels of the organization. In addition, you must have the ability to manage large data sets from multiple systems.
This role can be based out of any of our GCG locations, or can be fully remote.
