Looking for an assembly role that allows you to work full-time yet enjoy your late afternoons and evenings away from work? Then look no further than GCG! We are hiring skilled Assemblers to work in our Leominster, MA facility.

In this role, you will build and test cables and electro-mechanical products per process specifications.

This role is 100% on-site in our Leominster, MA distribution center. We are an essential business that offers a clean, structured environment. This position offers a great work life balance with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Summer hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm; Friday, 6:00am to 10:00am OR 7:00am to 11:00am. 

What you'll do

• Build and test product under supervision, while conforming to IPC-620 with high attention to detail
• Use and understand of process instructions so operations can be completed successfully
• Identify parts by using part numbers
• Use hand tools (wire strippers, pliers, cutters, heat guns) and operate automated wire strip/termination equipment
• Identify and apply product labels per instructions.
• Adhere to Quality, Efficiency and Safety Standards
• Complete all corporate training requirements.
• Comply with ISO-9001 quality standards
• Perform other duties as required

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
• 1+ years of cable assembly experience, preferably in an ISO9001 environment 
• Ability to effectively read, comprehend, and communicate in the English language (preferred) 
• Ability to differentiate colors (10 standard wire colors)
• Ability to work with team members in a productive manner
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft applications and other third party software
