Overview

As GCG continues to grow, we are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Strategic Transformation team to work closely with the Director of Integrations, SVP of Mergers and Acquisitions, and the executive leadership team on the execution of GCG’s strategic transformation efforts.

 

In this role, you will manage projects relating to organic growth execution, salesforce effectiveness, implementation of ESG practices, and other third-party projects. * This role offers a remote work arrangement however occasional travel to our Chicago headquarters would be required. 

 

What you'll do

  • Define, manage, and deliver special strategic transformation projects that generate enterprise value for GCG, while satisfying stakeholder requirements and balancing competing schedule, budget, and scope constraints
  • Work closely with GCG's Strategic Transformation office to mobilize, plan and execute against longer-term strategic transformation priorities
  • Identify and define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to drive business decisions
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the implications of analysis and the execution plan to senior leaders and influence outcomes
  • Continually refine best practices for execution based on learnings from prior projects
  • Help build scalable processes and shape the "operating system" of GCG’s Transformation Office

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in leading enterprise-wide strategic transformation efforts
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel as required
